By providing both the means to manufacture (accurate CAD models) and the verification of quality (CAD-to-part inspection), we offered a complete solution ensuring the success of the client's localization initiative, while also delivering high-precision STL files from 3D scans that enabled the OEM to develop accurate repair plans and minimize aircraft downtime.
By providing a 3D laser scan of an existing residence, we converted the complex house into a Revit LOD 200 BIM model. Using Autodesk ReCap and Revit 2025, we ensured the final model was consistent and spatially accurate against the point cloud data. This process produced a detailed model and comprehensive floor plans, sections, and elevation sheets, which are ideal for renovation planning, preliminary design, and visualization.
The project involved converting existing CAD drawings into a detailed BIM model at LOD 300 using Autodesk Revit. This work included clash detection and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. The final deliverables were detailed CAD documentation and a complete 3D model. The client received a coordinated and accurate model that is suitable for design review, planning, and future project management.
Our precision 3D engine scanning delivered highly accurate CAD data, supporting reverse engineering, component design, and quality control while reducing errors, time, and costs. The generated CAD model served as a crucial foundation for performance simulation, design modifications, and rigorous quality control, enabling the client to confidently proceed with their objectives.
We provided a complete solution for the client’s localization initiative in Azerbaijan by reverse-engineering the basic model and improving the hinge and clamp mounting design. Using high-precision 3D scanning, 3D CAD modeling, and 3D printing for prototype and production, we ensured accurate manufacturing and rigorous quality verification, streamlining the process from concept to production.
By providing high-precision 3D scanning, we captured the detailed geometries of the large propeller blades, producing an accurate point cloud. The data was then processed to create precise, manufacturing-ready CAD models and perform scan-to-CAD inspections, ensuring all dimensions and contours met the client’s specifications.
